Demand for Open Box bikes is consistently much higher than supply, and Open Box bikes listed on our site tend to get snapped up very quickly. We know this can be frustrating for discount-oriented families waiting for an Open Box. For this reason, we are piloting the option to purchase "dibs" on the next Open Box bike that becomes available.

Dibs are fully refundable at any time until you accept your bike.

When an Open Box bike in your desired layout becomes available, we will reach out to you privately before listing it publicly. We will provide details on the bike's location, color, and accessories included.
You will have two business days to decide whether to accept or decline the bike available.
If you accept the bike, your dibs price will cover ALL accessories and upgrades already installed on the Open Box bike that becomes available.
We can't predict in advance what the total retail value of the package would have been - you may save as little as $1000 or as much as $2200. You will also save $199 on shipping.
If you decline the bike, you may choose to maintain your spot on the dibs list and wait for another bike, or to release your spot for a 100% refund.
Your dibs purchase includes free shipping on your bike. We will also offer courtesy free shipping on an order of accessories when you accept your bike.
Secondhand and preowned bikes are not eligible for dibs. However, we may contact you if a secondhand bike becomes available that meets your needs.
You may choose to release your dibs and receive a 100% refund at any time. Or you may choose to convert your dibs and purchase a new bike instead at any time.
You can purchase Open Box Dibs using any payment method, including financing.
Open Box bikes are NOT eligible for our trial period. Once you choose to accept your bike, sales are final.

Open Box bikes may have been tested by a reviewer, used for a demo, or returned by a customer. The odometer may show up to 50 miles of prior use. May show cosmetic wear or blemishes that do not affect functionality. We are not able to provide detailed photos of individual open box bikes. If you want that "brand new bike" look, this option is not a good fit!

Your Open Box bike is guaranteed to work perfectly for you and is covered by our standard 12-month warranty, with extended warranty also available. However, we do not offer a trial period on open box bikes - sales are final.

Seating Layout

The Original layout includes a rear bench and front bench for 4 total seats with seatbelts.

The bench tops slide open to create lockable storage space. The benches are removable as well.
