Aaron's Mission

I started Bunch Bikes in 2017 after discovering the joy family cargo bikes on a family trip to Malmö, Sweden.

My 2 kids (age 11 & 9) have ridden on a bike almost every day of their lives, and I've experienced firsthand how e-cargo bikes can make cycling accessible and practical for families of all kinds.

When someone sees a parent biking with their kids, I believe it re-frames the narrative about who a "cyclist" is and who our streets are for. When parents advocate for safe streets for their children, our city leaders listen.

Today, cargo bikes turn heads. They get attention. But my 30-year mission is to make family cycling as ordinary in North America as it is in Europe. We're already seeing this transformation starting to happen in a growing number of cities.

Bunch Bikes exists to make reliable car-replacement-quality cargo bikes for everyday family use. It's my personal contribution to the War on Cars.
