As of Dec. 2024, we have officially extended our trial period for all new bikes from 14 to 30 days after your bike is delivered. You can also request an additional extension if needed due to weather, illness, adaptive needs or "just need more time!" 

We want you to feel comfortable testing your bike on your own routes, in your own real-life daily routine. That's the best way to know for sure whether the Bunch is the right fit for your family.
