We ship our bikes fully assembled and ready to ride, straight to your door. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $199 in the US, $499 to Canada. Bikes ordered today without FastTrack will deliver within 2 weeks in the US, 3 weeks in Canada.

Shipping & Delivery
Fully Assembled Shipping: Our bikes ship fully assembled and charged, ready to ride, with all accessories preinstalled. You will receive a phone call to schedule your delivery appointment. If you are traveling or unavailable on some dates, please let us know!
Delivery Timeline: Bikes ordered today without FastTrack will deliver mid November. FastTrack bikes will skip the line and ship within 3 business days.
Delayed Delivery: Need to receive your bike later? You can still order now to take advantage of Black Friday savings. We can pause your delivery for up to six months. Please let us know your target delivery date when you order.
Our Guarantee
Full warranty. Your bike is guaranteed to work perfectly for you. If you run into problems or defects during the one-year warranty period, we will cover both parts and service to get your bike running smoothly. Extended warranty is also available. (Read more)
Easy returns. All new U.S. Bunch Bikes come with a 30-day trial period, beginning after delivery. We want you to be able to try out your bike life - risk free! If the bike doesn't work for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We'll pick it up, pack it up, and refund 100% of what you paid. It's that easy! Need a holiday extension? Just let us know.
