When will I get my bike order?
Lead times for each bike model are listed on the product page. You can select FastTrack shipping to skip the line and ship within 3 business days!
Once your bike ships, you'll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information to the depot near your home. From the depot, our shipper will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
How much is U.S. shipping?
In the contiguous U.S., a Bunch Bike ships for $199 and arrives fully assembled and ready to ride. We do not ship to AK or HI.
Orders that do not include a Bunch Bike ship at a UPS or USPS rate calculated at checkout (express shipping upgrade option available).
How much is Canadian & overseas shipping?
In Canada, a Bunch Bike ships for $499 USD.
Orders that do not include a Bunch Bike ship at a UPS or USPS rate calculated at checkout.
We do not ship overseas or to any other country.
How is sales tax determined for my order?
At this time, we collect state, county & municipal sales tax for TX, CO, and Washington D.C.
We collect 5% HST in Canada.
