We had SO much fun with this bike- ultimately, it didn’t end up being the right fit for our needs as a family with ages, our riding needs around town, etc but Bunch was so helpful through the process. Ordering was smooth, they checked in on us throughout our month with the bike, switched out the baby/toddler seat to help us find the right seating for our family, and understood when it didn’t end up working out for us. It is such an amazing bike. Even with just one month on this bike, even with deciding to return it, our family is biking more, walking more, and plotting ways to drive less :) the second that our family timing works to own a Bunch bike, we will buy one and I’m excited for that time. As a working mom of 3 (and a dog) I never have time for myself. I tried everything, from personal trainers to gyms to personal exercise goals... and all failed. And then I realized it's because our system is not designed to help working moms live full healthy lives! So, I got a bunch bike. Now, commuting is exercise and time outside! While i wish our society were set up differently, I appreciate Bunch Bikes for giving those of us an option who want to live differently. My kids love the bike, and I love that my commuting is now fun and outdoors and physiologically great for me. We're all happier on the bike!

I've known a Bunch Bike was in our future for a few years as we live in a big city with lots of traffic congestion and we are often carting two or more kids around town. We finally outgrew our very loved more narrow front loader and decided to take the jump and we are so happy we did. It is totally the minivan of cargo bikes but that's exactly what we were looking for. The kids absolutely love riding around and there's space for their bags, their friends, everything we need. While the ride took a little getting used to for me as the driver, I am already feeling much more comfortable and confident maneuvering even with our wonky city bike lanes. We highly recommend the Bunch Bike as a reliable family bike that will bring many years of joy and open air to your family!

We have had the bike for a little over a month. After over 100 miles we are loving it for our family of 3 (kids 8, 5, and 1).

It’s been amazing. Well built, motor assist and throttle easy and fun to use, comfortable. It has gotten us outside more and is such a special time with our kids. Love it. Would advocate for anyone thinking about it to purchase. Absolutely has become a very positive part of our daily life.

My wife and I purchased The ORIGINAL Bunch Bike specifically so I could drop off our baby at daycare a few miles from our house, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The handling and breaks are great, and the pedal assist is amazing to help move the heavier load, especially on inclines. I also really love the Steco Mini Mee car seat attachment, which the car seat easily locks into and pops out of.

If there was one minor improvement I could suggest (if it’s even feasible technically) it would be to add some form of shocks/suspension to the front end of the bike. As the driver, my ride is smooth, but it seems a little rough for passengers. Even at extremely low speeds, you can see (and hear!) the front box really bouncing, even with minor paved road imperfections. I typically travel at close to a crawl on most of the bike friendly streets in Pasadena, CA when transporting my infant passenger. Thankfully, the Steco Mini Mee has built in suspension, which I know helps absorb a lot of the impact, but I can still often see a bit of startled surprise on the baby’s face when I go over bumps, even at incredibly slow speeds.

Otherwise, it’s exactly what I was looking for. The bell is perfect for signaling a friendly “hello” to other cyclists, while the horn alarm is a great security feature and powerful enough for vehicles to hear (thankfully I haven’t had to use it for that!). The covered wagon canvas shade structure is perfect for keeping the cargo box shaded, and I really like how you can easily adjust the canvas from one side or the other depending on the angle of the sun and/or to get passengers in and out. Finally, the LED lights are such a fun addition, and are bright enough to be visible even in the day time.

I heard about Bunch from a friend who raved about the bike and customer service. After test-riding hers, I started chatting with the Bunch customer service team to learn more. They provided tons of education about different aspects of the bike, helped me think through what I actually wanted and needed to have a functional family commuting bike, and were incredibly thoughtful and helpful in including specific components to help my motor-delayed kiddo. Yes it's a lot of money, but it has almost entirely replaced my car. My son LOVES it, and the flexibility of being able to bring his bike without that being a massive commitment makes biking demand-free. I feel incredibly stable and safe on the bike, and it was clearly designed by someone who understands what a family bike needs - the acceleration throttle is fantastic, the storage rocks, and the bike is so comfortable for both my son and I. I am delighted to be a bike commuter, and can easily get my cardio in on the way home from drop-off (just turn the pedal assist to 1 and get sweating!). I look forward to using this bike for years to come, and for those worried that it will become obsolete once their kids are independent bikers - that cargo area works just as well for groceries and work bags as it does for kids. This bike fully rocks, and the customer service team is amazing - super responsive, clear communicators, disability-affirming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the bike and family bikes in general. I was originally just hoping to learn more and find a used cargo bike somewhere, and after talking with customer service I realized I did not want some random bike - I wanted a Bunch! Worth every penny!!

We had an Urban Arrow for many years, but I found it hard to balance as our kids got bigger. We love our Bunch Bike Preschool because we can ride with confidence, knowing that we won't tip over when trying to start after a red light on a hill. The throttle is amazing, too, making it easy to get up to speed from a stop. We ride it almost every day, and it brings our family so much joy!

The Original 4+ Upgraded Electric Cargo Bike For Families

I bought a Bunch bike for my handicapped dog Scout. We live on a farm and have several other dogs. Before we had the Bunch, she was only able to go on short walks, and I know she felt left out when the rest of the pack would take off for their longer runs. Now she can participate - in fact, she can lead, and she has seen the entire farm for the first time in five years. I live in NY, I don't have a car, and it has opened up access to places that before used to be so much harder to get to. What before was often a 40 minute bus/train ride, is now 20 minutes by bike.

In my first review I expressed concern on my throttle and park brake, the Customer Service team at Bunch Bike quickly reached out to me and assured me that this was completely normal.
I can’t express how comforting this was, as these bikes are a big investment. Knowing that the Customer Service team at Bunch Bike has your back is , a rare thing nowadays.

This bike is absolutely amazing! It rolls so smooth down the road that I often forget how heavy it actually is. You would think that peddling a 160lb bike down the road with a 90lb dog in the front would be impossible, but it’s not! It feels feather light, I rarely have to use the pedal assist. It’s an awesome fun to ride bike. I can’t say enough good things about this bike and how it has changed my senior dogs last years! It has literally made my dogs famous in the neighbourhood! We have had people run out of their homes to stand on the street and watch us go by, or want to take pictures of the dogs in the bike! It’s crazy.
I could go on and on about how much fun we are having with our bike. ❤️
I would like to say one last thing. If you live in Canada and are worried about the cross border issues, I’m telling you this was one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever made. BUNCH BIKE has it all figured out to make your purchase hassle free.

We have had our Bunch Bike for almost a month now and we absolutely love it!
It was a very big investment for us , especially because we are in Canada. I have to say that the delivery right to my door all the way from Texas went so smoothly! I was so impressed!
I watched all the videos on YouTube before riding it. My dogs took to the bike immediately! They absolutely love it!
I do however have a few issues that I’m a little concerned about:
1) the throttle seems to be kind of flimsy and touchy I wish there was an adjustment to tighten it up.
2) the Park Break is wonderful ,it holds well, but the locking mechanism also seems flimsy.
We all love our Bunch Bike! It was still worth the investment even with the few simple things that we think could be improved on. Totally worth it!

This trike means everything to our family! We have a 7 year old boy who cannot do most of the things his sisters can do. This is one thing we can greatly enjoy as a family! He’s so proud to ride right alongside his sisters!!

We love our Bunch bike! It’s perfect for our family- especially our daughter who lives with Angelman Syndrome and is not yet walking. Now, we can go out family bike rides and we all have the best time.

I have been so impressed working with Bunch. They have been responsive, and I've received individual attention from a single point of contact. They were more than willing to make the modifications that would allow my wife and me to continue riding together.
The bike was shipped in a very sturdy package and arrived unscathed.
We are so excited for summer to start so we can get out more.

I've had our bunch bike for a month now. (It was a surprise gift for Christmas.) It has been fantastic for running errands and taking around our two kids (5 and 3). The safety features are easy to understand and the bike drives great. We live in the Midwest and I've used it in both snowy and rainy conditions without any issues. We plan to get lots of use out of it for short trips in lieu of a second car.

I love my bike! I have a neurological disorder that can affect my mobility. At the time we got our bike I was unable to drive, public transportation access was limited, and I was even unable to take leisurely walks around the neighborhood. It was so hard to be home bound. I am also a mother of young children! Since getting our bike I have so much independence again. I can ride to my doctor's appointments, take kids to the park, take the dog out for a jog, go to the grocery store, or just ride! If it's a bad day, I use the throttle. If it's a good day, I get to pedal as much as I want. We get questions and compliments almost every time we ride. That said this probably isn't the bike for everyone. I don't recommend it if you have a lot of steep hills and need a lot of assistance. It also may not be the bike for you if you are a serious cyclist looking to put on tons of miles at great speed. But for me--a disabled mom of young children who loves to to go outside--its honestly changed our lives!

We deliberated for years before buying our bike in November. Here’s why we went with Bunch: 1) I’m not a longtime cyclist. We considered longtail cargo bike styles but after a test ride, I felt much more comfortable on the Bunch. It’s very sturdy—I’ve now ridden on ice, snow, slush, big bumps, etc and have no anxiety about anyone falling. 2) We have three small kids close in age and wanted enough seats for everyone. Other two-seater models wouldn’t cut it. 3) The electric assist takes the stress out of longer rides (ie if I bike some miles to the beach, will I be too tired to get home at the end of the day? No problem! E-assist!) 4) The customer service! My gosh, the customer service. The company seems honest, earnest, and committed to their cargo bike community. A+ experience there.

I knew riding a family bike made a lot of sense for the environment and for the kids. I didn’t expect to love it so much myself! I find excuses to take it out even alone for any errand and have so much fun.

We researched many EA tricycles for our mobile projector bicycle and we finally ended up on Bunch. For the price, the quality, and the great surprise bonus of the amazing customer service, no other bike came close to meeting our needs. The bike is sturdy, handles amazing, and the reps worked with us as we discussed our needs and the requirements for the bike. They didn’t pressure us or upsell us, they simply listened and made suggestions as well as lent their professional opinion as we were building something that their bike hadn’t been customized to do before. They communicated with us every step of the process as the bike was being assembled and shipped. From the time we ordered to the time we received the bike, it was less than a week and once we uncrated it, it did not disappoint. I can’t say enough about what a delight it was to work with the folks at Bunch. They are polite, quick to respond to emails and calls, and if they don’t have the answer they will find it out and get back to you quickly. GET ONE!

I put nearly 80 miles on it hauling me and my two 55 lb dogs the first week after buying it. It took that with ease and easily makes it 30-35+ miles before needing a charge, even with all of that weight.

I live in a city with three young children and don't drive. Until the Bunch, I pushed my kids all over in a wagon. I was nervous, but test drove one and was hooked! It is so perfect for my commute, school drop off and pickup, and errands. I feel so safe on it and it is so fun! Customer service has been great and I can't imagine life without it now. My only regret is not getting it sooner!
